Gaurav Ghosh is a Vice President working with clients in the Food, Food Retail, Food Distribution, Food Technology, Drug Retail and Restaurants Sectors. He joined the firm in 2017. At PJ SOLOMON, Mr. Ghosh has worked with numerous clients in the Food, Food Retail, Food Distribution, Food Technology, Drug Retail and Restaurants sectors on Mergers, Acquisitions, Sales, Divestitures, Restructurings, Sale-Leasebacks, Financings, and Growth Equity Investments. His transaction experience includes Southeastern Grocers (Sale of BI-LO Banner and a Distribution Center to Ahold Delhaize and Alex Lee, Sale of Rx Assets to Walgreens and CVS), New Seasons Market / New Leaf Community Markets (Sale to Good Food Holdings / E-Mart), Supervalu (Sale of Shop ‘N’ Save to Schnuck Markets), Fred’s (Sale of Rx Assets to Walgreens and CVS), Best Market (Sale to Lidl), Martin’s Super Markets (Sale to SpartanNash) and El Rancho (Sale of Growth Equity to Albertsons). Prior to joining PJ SOLOMON, Mr. Ghosh was an Associate in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) Capital Markets. While at RBC, Mr. Ghosh’s transaction experience included High Liner Foods (Acquisition of Rubicon Resources), Jack’s Family Restaurants (Financing for its Acquisition by Onex), The Fresh Market (Financing for its Acquisition by Apollo Global Management), Imagine! (Financing for its Acquisition by Oak Hill Capital Partners), Diamond Resorts (Financing for its Acquisition by Apollo Global Management) and Cast & Crew (Financing for its Acquisition by Silver Lake Partners), to name a few. Mr. Ghosh graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bentley University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a Minor in Economics.

Education
