David A. Shiffman is a partner and Managing Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. He is also co-Head of PJSC's Global Retail Group. Mr. Shiffman joined the firm in 2012 and has over 20 years experience advising notable branded companies in the retail, consumer and business services space. His clients have included Bed, Bath & Beyond, Inc., Brooks Brothers Group, Inc., Dollar Tree, Inc., Estée Lauder Companies, Inc., Five Below, Inc., Fred's Inc., The Home Depot, Inc., J. Crew Group, Inc., L Brands Inc. (formerly Limited Brands Inc.), Liz Claiborne, Inc., L.L. Bean, Inc., Saks Incorporated, SoulCycle, Staples, Inc., Tilly's Inc., The TJX Companies, Inc., Under Armour, Inc. and The Wet Seal, Inc. Prior to joining PJSC, Mr. Shiffman spent three years at Miller Buckfire & Co. where he was head of consumer and retail investment banking, and before that, over a decade at Goldman, Sachs & Co. as a partner and head of retail investment banking.
