Craig Muir Bio

Craig Muir is a Partner and Head of Software, Data & Analytics. He joined Solomon Partners in 2023 to further build out the firm’s Technology group. Craig has over two decades of corporate finance experience, and has advised on critical sellside, buyside, capital raises, strategic partnerships, and other transactions. Prior to joining Solomon Partners, Craig was a Managing Director in the Technology group at Houlihan Lokey and a member of the Data & Analytics team. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Quayle Munro where he was instrumental in developing their Technology practice. Craig earned a B Comm in Finance, Economics and Business from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, and holds a CIMA certification.
