Ben Zinder Bio

Ben Zinder is a Director and joined Solomon Partners in 2008. Ben has advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, capital structure alternatives and debt financings across the retail, media and telecommunications, and consumer goods sectors. His assignments include advising CityBridge on its $200,000,000+ investment from ZenFi Networks, Kenneth Cole on its go-private transaction, PVH Corp. on its acquisition of the Warnaco Group, Walgreen Co. on its acquisition of Duane Reade Inc. and BioScrip Inc. assets, the sale of Thomas Nelson to HarperCollins, the sale of De Novo Legal LLC to Epiq Systems Inc., the sale of Gymboree Corporation to Bain Capital, Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. on its sale to Advent International Corp. and Zale Corp. on its debt financing with Golden Gate Capital. Ben is a graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan where he received his BBA degree with High Distinction.
