Alex DeOteris Bio

Alex DeOteris is a Director in Financial Services & FinTech. He joined Solomon Partners in 2020. Prior to Solomon Partners, Alex worked for Waterfall Asset Management, an institutional asset manager focused on structured credit and private equity investments, where he also served as Chief Financial Officer for one of the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Waterfall, Alex worked for a multi-family office where he focused on a variety of private investment opportunities within financial and credit-related businesses. Alex began his career at Lehman Brothers and subsequently worked in the investment banking divisions at Macquarie Group and Piper Sandler (fka Sandler O’Neill & Partners). Alex holds a BA, cum laude, in History and Spanish from Bucknell University where he was also a member of the school’s varsity baseball team.
