Alexei Sorokin leads deal execution and origination efforts and is responsible for managing the client M&A transaction process from start to finish. He began his investment banking career with Morgan Stanley’s Financial Institutions Group in London in 2002. Most recently, Alexei worked for a boutique M&A advisory firm, A.Brown & Co., where he played an integral role in executing several complex strategic transactions, including advising Eneus Energy on an investment from Carlyle and GIC, among others. Outside of investment banking, Alexei held corporate and business development roles with several Silicon Valley companies, including Juniper Networks and Checkerspot. He was also the co-founder of Keedgo, a scheduling and communication software for the educational sector. Alexei resides in Orange County, CA.
