François-Xavier Dessioux is a French national and became a professional partner of the Firm in 2021. He joined SOCIOS in 2003 and, before this, worked at Hawkpoint Partners in London in its Financial Institutions M&A advisory team since 1999. François-Xavier specializes in advisory work for both domestic and cross-border transactions across a broad range of sectors including business services, hospitality, leisure and retail. He has advised public, private and family-owned companies as well as international corporations in their growth and development plans inside and outside Spain. In addition, he has advised private equity firms on numerous sell and buy side projects having worked with most private equity funds active in the Spanish market. François-Xavier has over 20 years investment banking experience and he speaks French, Spanish and English fluently. He holds a BA in Business Administration from BEM Bordeaux Management School (France) and a Master in Corporate Finance from EM Lyon Business School (France).
