Juan Manuel Ramírez joined Societe Generale Spain’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team in 2000. He was appointed Managing Director in 2011 and Co-Head of Corporate Finance for Spain & Portugal in 2014. He had previous work experience in JP Morgan and KPMG, where he spent collectively 4 years. In the last 19 years at SG, Juan Manuel has advised in numerous and relevant M&A transactions across different sectors. Since July 2019, he is Co-Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, together with Patrick Perreault. Juan Manuel Ramírez is a graduate of ICADE (Pontificia Comillas University) and ESC Reims.
