Gary Brass has enjoyed success in many fields of finance from accountancy to merchant banking and wealth management. Having practiced as an accountant at KPMG he joined Schroders where he built his reputation as a corporate finance advisor. He travelled widely in Europe, Canada, USA, Hong Kong and Australia and was at the centre of transactions with global companies. After Schroders he was active in asset management setting up Consulta Limited which developed and managed specialist long only and funds of hedge funds. He has been a non-executive Director of two UK listed investment trusts and more recently was an advisor to Rothschild & Co Wealth Management and Chairman of LGB. Gary remains a Director of one of the leading independent credit managers in the USA and is an advisor to family offices and specialist fund managers.
