Alex has over 25 years’ experience in corporate finance and capital markets. Beginning his career at CSFB, he quickly moved to become Executive Director at Morgan Stanley and then Managing Director of Credit Suisse. His training as an economist led him to a keen interest in all aspects of industry and commerce, which he has pursued through many transactions with public and private companies. Alex has wide sectoral experience in M&A and capital markets transactions, with a particular focus on consumer businesses, having advised some of the world’s leading corporates in FMCG, beverages and consumer brands. Between 2014 and 2017 Alex took the position of Chief Executive Officer of Passtech, a private business serving oil & gas equipment manufacturers, with operations in the Middle East. In addition, Alex has served as Vice Chairman of Notting Hill Housing Group, one of London’s leading housing associations with over £7bn of property assets (2008 – 2013).
