Paul is a highly experienced corporate financier, blending a considered approach to advising clients with deep knowledge of the technology and tech-enabled services sectors. Throughout his career, he has acquired considerable expertise in delivering board level advice to owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs, family offices and listed companies across all major international markets. Working alongside Ben Mingay and John Craven at Schroders, Paul learnt the merchant banking craft and gained the insights that are essential in providing independent financial advice to clients. He has held a wide range of senior positions throughout his career and built a powerful network of industry and investor relationships around the globe. At Smith Square Partners, Paul is particularly focused on building the firm’s technology franchise, including fintech and digital health, as well as developing its capital markets advisory practice.
