Ms. Asher is a Managing Director at SLATE Partners with nearly 15 years of experience in consulting and M&A advisory, including 10 years dedicated to helping business owners navigate the M&A sales process. She is responsible for overseeing and negotiating all phases of a client engagement. Ms. Asher has been with SLATE Partners since its founding in 2014. Prior to SLATE, Ms. Asher was with Cherry Creek Family Offices and Impact Opportunities Fund, a family office with a growth-stage private equity arm, collectively managing nearly $1 billion of assets. Ms. Asher was responsible for evaluating new acquisition opportunities and assisting in the management of existing portfolio companies. Ms. Asher began her investment banking career with Green Manning & Bunch where she worked primarily on building materials and building services transactions. Prior to GMB, Ms. Asher worked for a private equity firm within the technology services sector. Ms. Asher began her career in technology strategy consulting, advising clients in the healthcare industry. Ms. Asher is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and Women of M&A Network.
