Bio

Mr. Bachik is a co-founder and Managing Partner of SLATE Partners. Mr. Bachik has over 26 years of experience providing mergers & acquisitions (M&A) advisory services, including 23 years working exclusively with building materials and building services companies. Prior to forming SLATE Partners, Mr. Bachik was a Managing Director with Green Manning & Bunch, where he started and managed the Firm’s building materials & services group for 13 years. Previously Mr. Bachik worked with FMI Corp., a provider of management consulting and M&A services to the construction industry. Prior to FMI, he worked in the investment banking/M&A departments of Hanifen, Imhoff Inc. in Denver, Colorado and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. in New York City, New York. Mr. Bachik has been a contributing author to the Construction Accounting Deskbook and has written numerous articles related to mergers & acquisitions in the building materials and building services industry.
