Keith Hodgdon serves as Senior Managing Director in Skyway’s investment banking practice providing merger and acquisition (M&A) services for founder-led and family-owned businesses. Mr. Hodgdon brings 20+ years of capital markets and M&A transaction expertise with several financial institutions, including firms such as Raymond James, Bank of America, and Hyde Park Capital. In total, he has advised on 100+ M&A transactions for middle market companies primarily in the healthcare, technology, and financial services sectors. Mr. Hodgdon received a B.S. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Principal holding Series 7, 24, 63, 79 and 82 licenses.
