Bio

Andrew Fenton is an established finance executive with more than 15 years of experience covering all aspects of the industry. In 2016, Andrew was a co-founder of a successfully listed REIT on the New York Stock Exchange focused on specialty industrial properties. Mr. Fenton has extensive transaction experience having previously spent time at Credit Suisse and a $4.0+ billion high yield investment fund owned by Macquarie Securities. At Macquarie, Andrew focused on lending to the paper & packaging, chemicals, financials, real estate and building products sectors. His experience includes managing nonperforming as well as performing loans and bonds including numerous work-out scenarios in 2007 and 2008. Andrew has additional investing experience as a Vice President at Sorin Capital Management, a hedge fund focused on debt and equity investing and as an Analyst at long/short equity hedge fund Cliffwood Partners, based in Los Angeles. Andrew began his career at Raymond James & Associates as an Equity Research Associate.
