Mr. Panjwani, new partner with Singhi Advisors will be responsible for directing Singhi’s areas of focus across various sectors like Industrials, Building materials and Allied industries, apart from strengthening the practice in turnaround management / M&A’s in distress. Mr. Panjwani, a Chartered Accountant by qualification, brings on board over three & half decades of deep experience of working across large/diversified Indian corporates and MNC’s. He comes with unparalleled experience of running various businesses at top leadership role across diversified businesses like Building Materials, Aluminium Foil, Tea, Springs, Plantation, Auto Components, Infrastructure, Consumer and Electricals. Prior to joining Singhi, Mr Panjwani worked in the capacity of top management positions, as the Managing Director of flagship company of Wadia group-The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Ltd (Sunmica, Britannia, Choice Tea, BCL Springs, Eastern Gherji) , Chief Executive Officer & Director at Vedanta group ( Sterlite Optical Technologies Ltd & India Foils ), Gammon, Levers, Siemens etc. While serving long stints with Siemens, Sterlite, Gammon and Wadia group, he successfully acquired and divested many businesses and was instrumental in turning around few loss making businesses. He has extensive experience and expertise in business strategy, turn around management, financial management, M&A’s and team building. He serves as Chairman of the Board and Director of Dental Products Of India Ltd.
