Hattie works across transactions and consultancy teams in Asia, based in the Singapore Hub. Hattie specialises in commercial performance, primarily advising on strategy, performance improvement and transactions for clients across the APAC region. She acts as a board member for a number of early-stage businesses and has worked on several high-profile transactions, including I&Co’s sale to Accenture. Other recent transactions Hattie has worked on include advising on the sale of Sling & Stone (Australia) to Chime, the sale of Happy Marketer (Singapore) to Dentsu, and the sale of Ying (Singapore) to Finn. Prior to joining SI Partners, Hattie spent 5 years at Deloitte as a management consultant, working on global M&A deals for multi-nationals pre and post-sale. Hattie qualified with the Chartered institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in 2015, achieving the top three results of over 6000 candidates globally. She is currently pursuing an Executive MBA with the University of Warwick.
