Ravi Rayu Bio

Sheridan Capital Advisory, Inc. deal team is focused on client success and is led by Mr. Ravi Rayu. Mr. Rayu’s background includes M&A, corporate finance, restructuring and strategy. Previously, Mr. Rayu was a senior member of Energy Services Group at McGladrey Capital Markets, now Davidson & Co., where he specialized in energy and related industries primarily advising global companies in sell-side M&A, acquisitions and corporate finance. He has served companies in an array of industries, including business services, technology, aerospace and defense, general manufacturing, healthcare and energy, advising them in a wide range of M&A and corporate finance transactions. Prior to joining McGladrey Capital Markets, Mr. Rayu was with Dresner Partners in Chicago, and before that he worked in Europe and India as a senior internal strategy consultant with Winterthur Insurance, a former insurance subsidiary of Credit Suisse. Mr. Rayu received his bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering from the College of Engineering at the University of Pune, and a master’s degree in business administration from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he was a Bufold Scholar. Mr. Rayu holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 securities licenses. Mr. Rayu is active in Southern California entrepreneur community and is a charter member of TiE SoCal.
