Chris co-founded Shea & Company in 2005, and has 20 years of experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions advisory in the software and enterprise technology industries. Prior to co-founding Shea & Company, Chris was with J.P. Morgan and a predecessor organization, Hambrecht & Quist, where he was a member of the firm’s San Francisco technology investment banking practice focused on M&A advisory and debt and equity underwriting for a wide range of public and private companies.
