Kira Gregson Bio

Kira brings more than 14 years of experience in public practice, with over 10 years specifically focused on valuations advisory. She is passionate about developing strong business relationships, and demystifies the complexities that accompany valuations to provide clear and practical advice. Her valuation expertise is used to support transactions, shareholder disputes, tax and estate planning and financial reporting requirements. Throughout her career, she has supported a diverse set of clients, ranging from mid-size private companies to large private and publicly traded companies, in a variety of industries, including construction, oil and gas services, technology and cannabis. Prior to joining Sequeira Partners, Kira led the Edmonton valuations practice for one of the Big Four accounting firms. Outside the office, Kira regularly presents on the topic of private company valuations at the University of Alberta. In her downtime, she enjoys fueling her coffee addiction and spending time with her husband and two young sons.
