Julie Afanasiff Bio

Julie has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, and transaction engagements. She assists clients with planning, preparation and negotiation of debt and equity capital, assessing options, and undergoing merger, acquisition, divestiture, and restructuring transactions. Prior to joining Sequeira Partners, Julie worked on business development opportunities as a valuation specialist at a publicly traded power generation company; she was also involved in the initial public offering and spin-off of the power generation assets. Julie also executed transactions in the mergers and acquisitions group of Ernst & Young. When not executing on transactions, Julie loves to travel and has visited 38 countries around the globe. She also has two rescue dogs that she enjoys spending time with.
