Rory is one of the founding partners at Sentio, having previously been a member of the McInnes Corporate Finance team in Leeds. Before moving back to Yorkshire, Rory spent 14 years working in the City, initially with Ernst & Young prior to moving into investment banking first with Charterhouse Bank and latterly with HSBC Investment Bank where he was a Director in the UK M&A team. Rory has experience across a wide variety of transactions including private company acquisitions and disposals, MBOs, equity and debt fund raisings, privatisations, hostile takeovers and Rule 3 advisory work. He also has extensive cross-border and international transaction experience having completed transactions in the USA, Canada, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Malta, Hungary, the Czech Republic Spain and Italy.
