Dave qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in Leeds in 1990 and following a further nine years in Andersen’s management consulting and corporate finance teams, including spells in Australia, Eastern Europe and South America, he left to join McInnes Corporate Finance in 1999. Dave, and fellow partners Tim Edwards and Steve Roberts, built a highly successful independent corporate finance practice before selling to Begbies Traynor Group plc in 2005. Dave continued working within BTG McInnes Corporate Finance for a further six years before establishing Sentio Partners with current and former colleagues in January 2012. Dave lives in Ilkley with his wife and three children. He hung up his football boots many years ago in favour of golf and ferrying his children to too many sporting activities to even recollect.
