Bio

Bill is a seasoned corporate finance and investment banking professional with over 20 years of experience in both capital raising and M&A. Bill is a Managing Director of SenaHill Partners, LLC, where he focuses on the Investment Banking practice. Bill joined SenaHill from Capitol Pacific Group, where he was a Managing Director focused on the firm’s financial advisory and business development efforts in the technology and media & entertainment space. Prior to CPG, Bill was an advisor on finance and strategy to entertainment and technology companies, helping to finance, acquire and produce content. Bill’s experience also includes several years in the investment banking department at Bear, Stearns & Co., where he was a Vice President in the Global Industries Group. At Bear, Stearns, Bill also had management responsibilities including staffing over 100 bankers, recruiting new hires at both the graduate and undergraduate levels, and conducting training for financial modeling and transaction execution. Earlier in his career, Bill also spent time at the boutique investment banks of Rodman & Renshaw and Mabon Securities, where he focused on small and midcap companies across several sectors. Bill holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Bill holds series 7, 63 & 79 licenses.
