Ben Bromberg Bio

With more than 25 years of experience building and managing leading edge technology enabled businesses, Ben has extensive experience with private equity and hedge fund sponsors on all aspects of deal process, management, and company operations. Ben started his investment banking career at Salomon Brothers, where he worked on multi-billion-dollar M&A and capital raise transactions. Either working directly for private equity and hedge fund firms or within portfolio businesses, he has taken interim or full-time roles as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Integration Officer in pre- and post-deal situations. He has managed multiple investments and exits for small to mid-sized firms in the technology sector. Ben holds a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University. Ben holds series 63 and 79 licenses.
