Bio

Adan Sierra is a managing director at Seale & Associates and has worked with publicly-traded and privately-owned companies on multiple mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and corporate finance mandates in the U.S. and internationally. Adan joined Seale as an analyst in 2010 and throughout his tenure at the firm, has participated in ~US$3 billion in closed transactions on a broad array of industries representing global corporate clients such as Cemex, Tyco, Femsa, Arca-Continental, NYLife, as well as several highly reputable family-owned enterprises and private equity firms. In addition to his role at Seale, Adan is a mentor to early stage start-ups through WeWork Labs, and investor in startups in the mining and athleisure sectors. He also has experience in board development and board structure strategies through pro bono consulting in Washington, D.C. Adan began his career at PwC and lived as a permanent missionary for a year in the Mexican Sierra. Adan received his MBA from Northwestern Kellogg and B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
