Mike Grande Bio

Mike Grande has his Series 79 securities license, is a Certified Business Intermediary and holds a Colorado Real Estate Brokers license. Mike brings over 30 years of experience in Acquisitions and Divestitures and Business Valuations to his Managing Director role at SDR Ventures. He has completed over 100 transactions including personally purchasing, operating and selling a number of his own companies. Prior to joining SDR Ventures, Mike was the Owner and Managing Principal of Sierra Company, a mid-market business brokerage firm. Before that, Mike owned a major marine dealership company and RV storage and service business in Denver. Prior to that, Mike ran the consulting division of the Denver office of McGladrey & Pullen, a top-tier national accounting firm. Mike has a Bachelor’s of Science in Management from the University of Oregon and an MBA in Finance from the University of Denver.
