Greg Rockers, Director of Pharmacy & Healthcare, helps business owners define and achieve their financial aspirations by utilizing his 15 years of experience in the sterile compounding industry. As the former president of two FDA-registered 503B Human Drug Outsourcing Facilities, JCB Laboratories and Fagron Sterile Services, Greg gained practical, hands-on experience in running successful, heavily regulated businesses. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, quality management, operational improvement, business development and sales and marketing. He has used that experience to assist other firms in the development and execution of business plans and strategic quality initiatives. Greg is also Managing Director for The Williamson Rockers Group (WRG). WRG is a consulting firm that helps peers and colleagues in the sterile compounding industry achieve and maintain regulatory compliance. WRG brings an owner’s mentality to its consulting engagements. Like SDR, WRG “thinks like owners,” because its consultants have walked in your shoes. Greg speaks nationally to peer groups as well as healthcare providers and professional associations about the sterile compounding industry on topics ranging from how to qualify a sterile compounding provider to small-scale sterile production automation. Greg has a B.S. in Pharmacy from The University of Kansas School of Pharmacy.
