Adam has over 20 years of experience building and operating businesses as Owner, CEO, and Chairman in a variety of industries. Adam has overseen multiple transactions on the buy-side and sell-side, including successful exits of his own businesses. Having personally navigated the complexity and stress of an exit, Adam is focused on walking alongside business owners to increase the certainty of a successful exit. For the 12 years prior to working with SDR Ventures, Adam was the Executive Chairman and CEO of Magneti where he oversaw a decade of positive growth by focusing on exceptional team culture and growth via acquisition. Adjacent to his time at Magneti, Adam co-founded Ventura Technologies, a platform designed to democratize business ownership and improve automation for M&A brokers and intermediaries. Adam has previously sat on the Leadership Council of the National Small Business Association, and the Forbes Agency Council. Under his leadership, his companies ranked among the fastest growing in America and were named by Entrepreneur Magazine on their list of the 360 best companies in America. Adam was named Small Business Person of the Year in 2014 by the Pikes Peak SBDC and SBA. Adam holds a BS in Natural Resources and Commercial Business Management from Colorado State University.
