Michael Alessi, a Principal with SC&H Capital, brings more than 20 years of financial expertise to the practice and ten years of specialized experience handling M&A and divestiture transactions. Through his extensive experience leading M&A and divestiture deals, Michael has learned that no two engagements are the same, and each should be treated with the best interest of the client and the nuances of their transaction in mind. A graduate of the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business MBA program, Michael is well versed in business and organizational management. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Washington & Lee University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Michael is passionate about helping others in need and sits on the Baltimore Committee for Bringing Hope Home a charitable organization that provides support to local families affected by cancer. Outside of SC&H, Michael enjoys a relaxing round of golf and spending time with his wife and three children. Michael is a FINRA Registered Investment Banking Representative (Series 79 and 63).
