Matt Everett, a Principal with SC&H Capital, brings more than ten years of financial expertise to the practice with extensive knowledge in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate strategy. Since joining SC&H Capital, he has developed expertise in leading privately-held and family-owned businesses through various strategic initiatives, including mergers & acquisitions, recapitalizations, and divestitures. Matt is experienced in developing strategically planned M&A processes designed to achieve the client’s goals and objectives. He advises on all aspects of the M&A process to create the highest probability of achieving a successful outcome for our clients. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Elon University. He serves on the board of the First Tee of Greater Baltimore and the Maryland chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). Outside of work, Matt enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and their three children. When not with his family, you will find Matt on the golf course, fishing on the bay, or supporting his beloved Baltimore Orioles and Ravens. Matt is a Registered Securities and Investment Banking Representative (Series 7, 79, and 63).
