As a Managing Director with SC&H Capital, Craig applies extensive investment banking and merger and acquisition knowledge and expertise to every engagement. He brings a strategic and in-depth approach to each client, positioning the key aspects of their story in order to tailor the best message to potential buyers. Since joining SC&H Capital in 2016, Craig has focused predominantly on M&A transactions and financial and strategic advisory involving high-growth, middle-market companies. He specializes in advising founder and family-owned businesses as well as corporate divestitures. Beginning his career on the buy-side with private equity, he brings a unique perspective to his sell-side advisory clients. Craig holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Loyola University Maryland. He is a board member of St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore and is always excited to meet others who are passionate about making an impact in the Baltimore community. A native of Lake Placid, New York, Craig is an avid skier. Despite living in Maryland (where skiing isn’t quite the same) he still stays in shape to hit the slopes every chance he gets. When he isn’t cross training on the Peloton, he coaches little league baseball, chases after two very active kids, and spends time exploring Baltimore with his wife.
