Hubert is a corporate finance and investment banking expert with over 21 years of experience in Poland and CEE gained during his work in international advisory institutions such as PwC, KPMG Advisory and Erste Securities, where he managed M&A and Corporate Finance teams. Hubert has advised on several dozen of transactions including M&A as well as equity, debt and hybrid financing.
