Mr. Sanli is President and Founder of Sanli Pastore & Hill, Inc. He is responsible for the overall management of the firm, including client engagements, litigation support, expert witness testimony, strategic planning and relationship management. Mr. Sanli, a member of the American Society of Appraisers, is an accredited Senior Appraiser, Business Valuation Discipline, and has been a financial consultant for over 30 years specializing in expert testimony & litigation opinions, forensic accounting, finance & economics, business, brand & IP valuations, fairness & solvency opinions and transaction advisory services. Mr. Sanli has extensive experience in developing cash flow statements and financial projections, conducting industry and market research, analysis of financial statements and valuing businesses. Mr. Sanli is a seasoned provider of litigation support and expert witness testimony for economic and financial issues such as: marriage dissolutions, trust and probate litigation, business valuations, lost wages, determination of liability, breach of contract, eminent domain, corporate and partnership dissolutions, bankruptcy, anti-trust and unfair trade practices, trade secrets, and estate and gift taxes. Mr. Sanli has testified over 60 times in trial and over 200 times in deposition. Mr. Sanli has published numerous articles pertaining to business valuation issues, and speaks on the topics of business valuation and expert witness testimony at educational forums 10 to 20 times per year for public and private associations, bar associations and accounting societies. He is also an active speaker and trainer for continuing education classes in the fields of business valuation, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and eminent domain and is an Accredited Provider of MCLE courses for attorneys. Mr. Sanli has served as an officer and a member of the boards of directors of numerous professional and non-profit organizations in the community. He presently is active in professional associations which focus on providing education and the promotion of topics relevant to business valuations. Mr. Sanli was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dubnoff Center, a K-12 non-profit school for children with learning disabilities.
