Bio

Varun Bhojwani is a managing director in the technology investment banking group at Piper Sandler. Prior to joining Piper Sandler in 2015, Bhojwani was a senior associate in the technology investment banking group at Jefferies, where he spent more than five years focusing on software and services companies. During his time at Jefferies, he successfully advised technology clients on more than 30 transactions, with aggregate transaction value exceeding $10 billion. His experience spans a full range of investment banking activities, including both public and private equity, equity-linked and debt financings, as well as M&A advisory. Bhojwani holds a bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles.
