Max van Adrichem joined the energy & power investment banking group at Piper Sandler in 2021. Previously, van Adrichem was a director in the corporate & investment banking group at BMO Capital Markets. Prior to that, he was an associate director in Scotiabank’s investment banking group and an engineer at Cameron International. He has a long track record of successfully advising upstream clients on a wide variety of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and capital raises. Van Adrichem earned a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Texas. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
