Bart Federak is a director in the Piper Sandler healthcare investment banking group with significant experience advising medical technology companies on M&A and equity transactions. Federak works with clients across a full range of investment banking services, including sell-side and buy-side M&A for private and public companies, corporate divestitures, spin-offs, IPOs, follow-ons, strategic advisory, private debt & equity placement and convertible debt financing. Federak joined Piper Sandler from Craig-Hallum Capital Group in Minneapolis. While at Craig-Hallum, he was involved in a number of M&A advisory transactions and public equity offerings for companies in the healthcare, industrial, business services, consumer and technology sectors. Federak graduated from Amherst College with bachelor’s degrees in economics and religion.
