Bio

Alex Schroeder is a director on the services & industrials investment banking team. He is based out of the firm’s Birmingham, Michigan office. Schroeder has over 17 years of investment banking experience advising private equity firms, privately-held businesses and corporate clients in M&A transactions. His transaction experience includes domestic and international transactions across diverse subsectors, including business and commercial services, high value manufacturing and specialty distribution. Schroeder was previously with TD Cowen, where he was a director on the business services team. Prior to joining TD Cowen, Schroeder was a founding member at Quarton International. Schroeder graduated with honor from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree with high honors from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
