Mike Di Leto Bio

Mike has been a partner at Saffery since 2001 and is a member of the firm’s Leadership Board. He also has overall responsibility for our overseas interests, comprising our Guernsey, Switzerland, Cayman and Dubai trust businesses, as well as Saffery Ireland. Mike has been an integral part of the management team at Saffery for over 20 years and this extensive experience enables him to advise a wide range of clients on commercial and strategic issues, as well as identifying and addressing key issues that will help them continue to grow and develop. Mike has a portfolio of predominantly commercial clients and advises a wide range of owner-managed businesses and international businesses across a number of sectors, on their audit, corporate finance and business strategy needs. He specialises in advising FCA regulated businesses and property businesses based in the UK and overseas.
