Marc Shaw Bio

Marc founded RPL in 2004 having previously been a Senior Associate at SP Merger Group. He has advised on more than fifty transactions in the technology and media sectors, including Amazon’s investment in Cloudreach Europe and the sale of Freedom Communications to Blackstone and Providence Private Equity.
