Russ Nudelman is a Managing Director, Investment Banking at ROTH. With his extensive background, he brings valuable experience in advising clients on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions across multiple sectors. Prior to joining Roth Capital Partners, he dedicated ten years to practicing corporate and intellectual property law at several prominent law firms and entertainment companies. Mr. Nudelman earned his B.S. degree in Speech from Northwestern University and later pursued his J.D. at the University of Florida College of Law.
