Jonathan Alyn Bio

Jonathan Alyn is a Managing Director, Investment Banking for the Consumer and Business Services team at ROTH. Since joining Roth Capital Partners in 2010, he has completed over $3 billion in transaction value. Before Roth, he was in corporate finance with middle market companies working with acquisitions and divestitures. He is also a managing member of a real estate holding company that owns and manages retail properties in Southern California. Mr. Alyn received his B.A. in Economics from Tulane University and his M.B.A. and a Graduate Certificate in Financial Analysis and Valuation from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.
