Gregory Kouvelas Bio

Gregory Kouvelas is a Managing Director, Investment Banking at ROTH. Prior to joining Roth Capital Partners, he held the position of Senior Managing Director and Head of Technology Investment Banking at National Securities. Before that, he served as Managing Director of Technology Investment Banking at both Gravitas Capital and Wunderlich Securities. In the mid-1990s, he relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area to join Robertson Stephens' Technology Investment Banking practice, where he primarily focused on the communications technology sector. Throughout his career in investment banking, he has raised over $2.5 billion in financing for technology, media, and telecommunications companies, and provided strategic merger and acquisition advisory services to numerous firms. Mr. Kouvelas holds an A.B. degree from Harvard University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
