Dustin Cabrera Bio

Dustin F. Cabrera is a Director, Investment Banking at ROTH. Mr. Cabrera is a member of the firm’s Energy Team, focused on issuers in Exploration & Production, Oilfield Services and Oilfield Technology. In this regard, he assists in corporate capital raising activities, M&A and strategic advisory for the firm’s clients. Prior to joining ROTH, Mr. Cabrera was a Corporate Finance Associate at C. K. Cooper & Company where he managed client relationships with small-cap issuers within healthcare, oil & gas and metals & mining. Mr. Cabrera also worked at Harvey & Company, a boutique merchant bank in Newport Beach, CA, where he advised strategic public acquirers and private equity funds on platform and add-on acquisition opportunities. Mr. Cabrera graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance and a minor in Communication Studies, from the Argyros School of Business and Economics at Chapman University.
