David Farina is a Managing Director, Co-Head of Business Services Investment Banking at ROTH, based in our Chicago office. He specializes in Business Services, Industrial Growth, and SaaS Companies. With over 22 years of experience in investment banking and research, he brings extensive expertise to his role. Prior to joining Roth Capital Partners, he held the position of Managing Director at Barrington Research. Before his time at Barrington, he spent 17 years at William Blair. At William Blair, he initially served as a Research Analyst for 13 years, eventually becoming the Head of Technology. In that capacity, he co-headed technology investment banking with a focus on software and service companies. Mr. Farina holds an A.B. degree in Chemistry from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
