Richard Phillips Bio

Mr. Phillips serves as Managing Director at Romanchuk & Co., where he leads the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services (ADGS) Investment Banking Group. With over 20 years of experience, Phillips has advised on 40+ mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions, with an aggregate value exceeding $6.4 billion. Previously, he founded Crossroads Capital, a boutique advisory firm specializing in M&A and strategic consulting for government technology, industrial, and tech-enabled services sectors. Based in Washington, D.C., he has deep expertise in Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, federal budgets and their impact on defense and contracting businesses. Mr. Phillips holds a B.A. in Economics and Business with a concentration in International Affairs from Lafayette College, and an M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University. He currently holds his Series 7, 63, 79, and 82 securities licenses, and is a Registered Representative of, and Securities Products are offered through, BA Securities, LLC.
