Bio

Mr. Romanchuk founded the firm in 2011, and currently serves as its Managing Director. He is responsible for the firm’s investment banking strategy and initiatives, leading the origination efforts of the firm, and overseeing firmwide deal execution. Mr. Romanchuk has over 20 years of experience working with and advising middle market companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising strategies, operations, finance and accounting. He has led transactions in several diversified industrials verticals, including energy, power & infrastructure, construction & engineering, transportation & logistics, aviation, manufacturing & distribution. Mr. Romanchuk earned his B.S. Accountancy from Arizona State University and was previously a licensed CPA in the states of Arizona and Texas. He currently holds his Series 79, 62 and 63 securities licenses, and is a Registered Representative of, and Securities Products are offered through, BA Securities, LLC.
