Bio

Emily currently serves as the firm’s Vice President. Prior to joining Romanchuk & Co., Emily gained experience in corporate accounting, consulting and internal audit, while working in both small and large private companies across several industry sectors including engineering, software, midstream and downstream oil & gas, manufacturing, aerospace and defense, environmental services and consumer banking. Emily joined the firm in 2016 as a Senior Associate, and soon began to organize the firm's business development efforts. In addition, Emily assists our clients with a variety of advisory services, including management and financial reporting, internal audit, risk and control analysis, internal control design and implementation, accounting procedure design and implementation, process optimization, business valuations, fraud and forensic accounting investigations and due diligence engagements. Mrs. Harris received her B.B.A. in Finance and Master's of Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington, and is a licensed CPA in Texas. She holds her Series 79, 62 and 63 securities licenses, and is a Registered Representative of, and Securities Products are offered through, BA Securities, LLC.
