Bio

Trish is a Managing Director in Baird's Consumer and Industrial Group. Since joining Baird in 2000, she has assisted in public and private equity financings, buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, and other advisory services for private equity-backed, public and privately owned companies in industrial, consumer product and niche manufacturing sectors. Before joining Baird, Trish spent six years with Arthur Andersen, where she provided business, tax advisory and consulting services. She received her MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and graduated with a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
