Spencer DePree is a Director within Baird’s Global Consumer & Retail Group with a dedicated focus on the Food & Beverage and Pet Care sectors. Spencer is a senior investment banker with over 15 years of significant transaction and advisory experience providing general corporate finance and M&A advice primarily to food and beverage companies across a variety of industry verticals and formats. Spencer joined Baird from BMO Capital Markets where he was a member of the Food, Consumer & Retail Investment Banking team advising a number of clients the firm's Food & Beverage Investment Banking practice. Prior to joining BMO, Spencer held various roles while at LaSalle Capital Group, Booth Creek Management, and Coleman Natural Foods. Spencer received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and his B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
